Your sister should be in the library researching this material and not expecting others to provide the answers on a plate.
Part of the MBA process as I understand it is to test a student's ability to research and synthesise the relevant information.
If she does not do the work, how does she expect to pass?
If she has problems with the work, she needs to discuss this with her tutor/professor sooner rather than later.

If we provide the answers, all your sister will try to do is "mugg it up and spit it out". That wil do no good to her understanding of the topics or improving her thinking skills. Do you not think you are expecting a lot from the members here. I wonder whether she has asked you to post the message or you are doing it on your own without her knowledge.
I have seen the three files; though there are 24 questions in all, many of the themes are repeats with slight changes in the wording or the scenario. The appropriate approach that would be appreciated, and would receive positive responses, would be for your sister to write an answer and post that for critical and constructive comments. As John has pointed out, it's your sister that has to do the work.

Here's my suggestion for your sister. Please request your sister to research and prepare a set of answers, that she finds right and then debate on it within her study circle. Generally, students avoid sharing through such modes learning. But if she can find one where she can effectively debate on the points, it would take her understanding far beyond studying on her own.
MBA exams are not just about the breadth but the depth of learning and understanding gained through the course. Wish her all the best!

You are right about Study Circles. However, I wonder how widespread they are. They are not common in the UK, except in the case of project work when a supersior may set up one for those (s)he supervises.
I think it is also more uncommon in the case of students pursuing distance education. I stand to be corrected.

Yes, If she does not do the work, how does she expect to pass and also she is not need to know the value of this work which is really important for her future/career. I agree with all of you and again we found the similar case that we are discussing under the Post “What a MBA project report means to a student”

Guys we need to do something to grab the attention of Student in this regard as we still are getting question/post for help on the Project work and so on. A student can ask for the guidance but not for this. Im worried about this issue and the future of our students.

Study circles and research guides for students at large, sums its own challenges. Inspite, of the matchless benefits to such an arrangement, the challenge remains, in connecting willing minds.
There was a thread earlier, where Octavious had replied, to facilitate the thought process to a case study.
There are online groups such as HBR and The Economist, which discusses and debates on the current issues. However, for the students to find a focused platform with valid and authentic guidance, is what we are trying to build upon.
Here, in this case, the problem had been shared by Monica. Initiation of the discussion, might have worked better, if the student had worked on the solution and then seek validation.
However, as a platform, we can share guidelines and not tailored answers. Here, we can direct and guide the student to discuss the case studies. We cannot research the data which they would require to debate.
Looking forward to a solution through which we guide them, such as the questionnaire for the research project, that we are working upon. We can work upon similar set of questions to direct the students before they post their queries.
Please suggest what you think will work. Please include if you suggest any ranking or a badge system to incentivise and measure participation.

Here's some thoughts as shared by Samvedan "A very general question! Notes on cross cultural and global management is not a subject as simple as it looks. However permit me to share some insights. In all our work execution there are many variables. I choose just teo for this purpose. "Knowledege of Subject" and the "People Factor" The first one rests on concepts, tools and techniques and the second one also rests on similar factors BUT in both cases the influence that a given culture exerts must be understood and digested before being pracriced. Our assumptions about people, their behaviour-individual and collective, determine the ways to handle this resource. In the knowledge of subject the problem is not to severe.
Understanding hierarchies, custom, values and concepts of right and wrong, fair and unfair, all matter. For reasons of space limitation, suffice it to say that to understand the culture of the region is the beginning of learning how to deal with people and situations. This is an approach that cannot be avoided!"
