Hello ... I just want to know my rights I am working as a PHP Developer... As I got termination email form company I am 6 months pregnant and working here form 10 months... company mention previously that my performance is slow but there is no written mail for that and they give me work on such technologies nobody there to guide me as I asked to provide senior person who worked on that technology so I get guidance by senior person as nobody have knowledge about them... and in company policies of my offer letter I got 30 days termination notice in policy of company but company give me only 7 days notice.
When on final day I asked boss for 1 month salary for termination then he got angry and said he will cut my 2 days salary if I will take any leave with in termination period as he know I need leave for checkup and denied no half day or full day leave will be provided to me and emailed me that he will cut my 2 days salary for that and I asked for policy where is policies of companies that 1 day leave 2 days salary will be deduct then company share 35 pages PDF that is not shareable and can't be copied with rules all for company benefits and mention there maternity leave allow only after your 1 year of working ...and when I asked for my last month salary and salary slip then he said 'drop a mail and mention all the things what you want but still i hadn't get my salary... Whats rights I have and what can I do with this as company on 26 jan there was a holiday in company but company not provide salary of 26 jan for any of the employee and count that as holiday.

Dear Neelam,
Your narrative makes it clear that your employer has got scanty regard for law as well as ethics. Have you informed officially about the fact of your pregnancy before his move of termination of your services?
