Yes, you can pay in the collum of arrears. but you should submit the valid data for the delay. EPF Officer will accepted then they calculate the delay payment interest. P.Packiaraj

if your company pay less contribution of ESI,then you pay this contribution under the subject of omitted
wages on online ESI website.but before that you inform your local ESI office.otherwise ESI authority charge interest plus damage on that amount...and Pf related amount you should pay separate challan.

you can apply for PF withdrawal.
you can submit form 19 and 10c(if completed more than 6 months) to your previous employer.
It takes 45 - 60 days to get the PF amount.
Also i would suggest you can go for PF transfer where you can transfer your Old PF money to your present PF account.
