It has been observed that many employees are frequently coming to the office late and remain absent from their duties, which not only hampers the work/productivity but also disrupts the discipline of the company.
As per the company policy, after the third instance of being late, we shall mark it as a half-day. All punching records will be considered; those who have not punched in the biometrics system will be marked as absent for the day.
