hi could any body can give me apt adivice regarding the issue.i m working as hr executive in constructions company.quite recently i joined the organisation clearily saying i m one month baby to organisation.now the problem is we are doing a projct with GE infrastructure.our company does not cover under any but act we are registrd under shop and estb.s act.At the time of agreement with GE we agreed that we will get registered under ESI but our work force is less than 20.if we will not get an ESI no. GE will not release the payments to our company.is there any clause as such we can escape from geting registered. please send ur valuable suggestions urgently we have only one day time.

I would suggest that every three/six months/annually the entire presentations are copied on one DVD and put up for sale on just the cost of the DVD and postal charges for the benefits of all the CiteHR members.
