Dear Friends,
You have to decide for yoursleves whether the call for the Bandh will impact attendance in your office. If you feel that attendance will be poor because of the Bandh, you could close your office for the day and work on some other Holiday/Weekly Off day.
The decision is entirely yours.
There is no law to it.

All 'Bandh's are loss to the common man & a nation. Therefore always try to continue the work on that day. But,it depends upon the situation. If your job is urgent, if your workers/staff (at least 50%)are staying nearby to ur organisation & if you have ability to oppose successfully to pro 'bandh' activiests then, do not hesitate to keep organisation working. If necessary informed nearby police station for any help - Arun Deshpande

We will work on all days 24 x 7 coz it is a super speciality hospital and it is in chennai. Local newspapers have put already that all transport will run as usual and nobody will be spared if they are trying to threaten the shopkeepers to close.
