Do you want to be a soft skills trainer? Its good to attend train the trainers program and simultaneously pursue ISTD (India Society for Training & Development) diploma. The join a training company as a trainee trainer and can continue the career.

I have done the ISTD course.I felt that i it was very bookinsh knowledge withour practical training . I also did the train the trainer program with oscar murphy which now has a very good reputation among HR network.My confidence level from a novice to a professional shot up . They are now also offering a diploma course in T & D as a distance program (not really distant!!!) you could go on www.oscarmurphy.com and get all details. I am sure it is better bet, value for money in REAL terms IF training is your passion.
