I have some doubt regarding Professional Tax.
I am working in a company which is registered in USA and I am working in Pune and I have an offer letter which has name Inc. not Pvt Ltd.
Even they don't deduct Professional Tax from my salary.
So, want to know is it fine or there is something wrong in that?
Would appreciate if anybody can help or answer this.
