We are an epc company. Our Management would like to ensure that the experiences and other valuable information collected by the employees in the process of their day to day operations are shared with their colleagues of other divisions, etc. This would be more pronounced in the case of Marketing Executives and Project /Site Execution Executives. They would be faced with a lot of challenges in their day to day operations. There should be a system whereby the employee shares such valuable experiences for the benefit of the organisational growth. Can anyone help me in this cotext.
