360 degrees appraisal (or Multi rater feed back) is used by mid/large size organizations to evaluate certain competencies of the Senior Managers as perceived by the environment. To that extent, it acts as an employee development process.
Such organizations prefer to have an automated tool which can collect feedback, analyse the same and provide information to the management. 'EmpXtrack' is a composite HR solution which has one of its modules dedicated to 360 degrees appraisal.

Dear Sakshi & Naveehr,360 deg app is one which is used to evaluate an employees' performance by all of them (superior, subordinate, manager, colleague, customer - internal n external) log on to my profile and see the post I'm new to this forum.... For Naveehr,Attrition means employees' turnover of a compnay in a year, we can canculate by:No.of employee quit in the yr divided by Avg.no of employees in the year multiplied by 100.
