I also agreed with Ed Llarena. If this data has been compiled based on a survey report, the details of those companies, participated in and the locations, conducted the survey wherin, should also be mentioned to keep it near to the facts. Yeah of course the compensation benchmarkeing based on percentile of the market rates, not on Min. and Max.
Thanks a lot Mr. Ed Llarena, Jr.

Dear Roulette,
Thank you very much for this posting the salary survey.
I am working with telecom Infrastructure Company, based at Hyderabad. Basically as per my company requirement, we recruit B.E./Diploma Civil & Mechanical candidates. We are offering Salary package is Rs.5500/-+Rs.2400/-(DA) +Rs.500/- (TRAVELLING EXPENSES WILL PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY) Mobile Allowance. We are doing recruitment continuously. The attrition rate is very high particularly in 0 -1 year of experience employees.
Most of the employees are leaving for the reason of Salary. I explained to the management reasons for leaving. They asked me, collect the salary structures of competitor companies how they are offering, particularly 0 -1 years.
Where do, I get the data…… Please help me

Hi
I do agree without the getting the sample population of the survey, it is not advisable to rely on the data provided by Kellys, if you go thru the same, you will see the range is too much to cope up / negotiate etc

Thanks for sharing. I have one suggestion as to what
Ed Llarena, Jr. has! The authentication of this document would have been better, had it got the reference organization! Anyway...thanks, buddy
