You have to put the basic pay in the Basic column and copy paste the last line to extend the month till now. Your basic pay might have changed till now so you have to change the Basic pay column accordingly when it was changed.

Your Calculation is good, but I think PF limit is 15000 according EPF Details, if basic salary is greater to 15000 automatically the pf amount (1800) is deducted from employees salary.
Please clear what is the role of 541 in your calculation.
