You need to find out what you are interested in ie which system of HRM...are you keen in personnel or developmental work...accordingly start applying for jobs...start as a recuriter n then understant the nuances of HR..but do nt leave the present job and then start to look out.Try ur options in the ITES /Retail /IT orgs they will welcome fresh n new cumers with enthusiasum..gud luk..bye the way the present job profile u r in is not bad....too,have you heard of LPO(LEGAL PROCESS OUTSOURCING) u can chk ur luck in these orgs too..
