Hi All,
Even I am facing a similar kind of situation. I am working with a start up company. People in my company are having very critical skill sets. When I got a clue that an employee is looking out for a job then I speak to them to find out what's the reason. If the reason is work, salary or designation then it can be easily managed. But the reason I found was they need a change, as they have been working with us for past three years or more.
Kindly suggest what can be done to retain employees who are looking for change?
Thanks and Regards,
