Hello,
Is the company subsidizing the cost for M.Tech?
Have you signed a "Bond"?
If the answers to both the questions are in the negative, then I suggest that you be patient (that, in any case) complete your M.Tech. It is an important qualification. After you complete and if you are not honour bound or legally bound by the company, start looking for alternative employment which will offer you the field you love. Change over when you get such an opportunity. Till then continue to be LOYAL to your present employers, do the job diligently, excel in performance and conduct yourself with full dignity.
That's the way!

Dear Deepika,
It's good you have opt to go for a job
My experiance says you should see that you opt for a best job you like, taking into account your capabilities, than you should choose a company where you can learn new things from the superiors which will be a strong base for your future growth. If management and superiors are not upto the mark than have a second thinking, irresptive of the salary in the intial stage.
Good luck.....,
