Hi Shipra,
Why don't you ask your Hr friends or collgues, who has naukri login to post your jobs as a friendly help. Do not give your company details and give a general Email address like jobs @gmail .com, not your official Id and all the resumes will be forwarded to that Id.This way you can also built up your database.
Btw I met a naukri guy just few days back and they have small budget packages like download 100 cvs for rs.2500 onetime. You can use them. Attaching their proposal for your reference.
I hope things will work out. I do not have an Naukri Id either so I know its tough.
All the best.

Hi Shipra,
Try to contact institutes. You can post your jobs in linkedin.com and find out people through references and networking. You can also visit relevant Yahoo Groups.Try to create a community in orkut too.I feel these options might help you.
Moreover, try to involve your boss too in the loop as the major factor is he should be aware of the efforts you are taking.
