Plz. provide me format of wages slip under minimum wages Act 1948, in UP. and guide me weges slip is necessory to give workers or not. and also guide me wages slip should be form 10 or form 11.

dear as per U P minimum wages rules 1952 it is form X.YOU CAN REFER THE SAID ACT FOR FORMAT OF WAGE SLIP.AS PER ACT WAGE SLIP TO BE PROVIDED TO ALL WORKERS. TKS JS MALIK

Dear Shekhar,
It is hereby clarified that if your unit is covered under the Minimum Wages Act,1948 then you are liable to issue wages slips to the employees a day prior to the disbursement of wages. If you do not have the Rules of M W Act,1948 then approach the book seller who have records & registers of Factories / shops for format of wages slip. I am sure these Book-sellers must be having these slips.
