The employee worked for 4 years and gave a resignation letter. The factory has already paid a bonus and paid leaves were already taken by the employee. What other monetary benefits should be given to the employee during his FnF?
Factory generally takes FnF letter and FnF receipt from employees who resign. Is anything else required?
If the factory wants to give more money to employees as a good gesture, how to add that on paper?
