We are a garments exporter based at Tirupur. We are eligible for special scheme under Pradhan Manthri Rojgar Protsahan Yogana (PMRPY) where the employer contribution (12%) towards the PF remittance for new joiners (who are newly employed on or after 01.04.2016) is given by the Central government.
Presently (From Jul'18) we have started availing this benefit. But this scheme was there right from Aug 2016, covering all eligible new workers with retrospective effect from 01.04.2016. Unfortunately we have not availed this benefit so far. We had remitted the dues on time for those period without registering ourselves & new workers in the scheme. As we were unaware of this benefit, it is completely our fault for ignoring it.
Now as a corrective action we are working on the possibilities on getting the benefits back for our management. We have approached Regional PF office, Coimbatore, where we have been asked to meet PRO, who conveyed that there were only less probability of getting it as they do not have any control over the scheme. More over the scheme as it is named, it is under the control of Central govt.
Could any of you guide us on any possible ways and the appropriate authority, whom we should approach for getting back those benefits please.

We have also tried this at Indore but not getting any response. Logically the benefit should be given for all eligible employees from the date of commencement of scheme. But it seems, there is no procedure set for this. Probably we all may consider submitting a joint memo to EPFO/ Ministry of Labour and Employment/PMO.

1. Minimum Wages latest amendment for 01.10.2018 to 31.03.2019.
2. Leave Policy (CL, EL & SL) for Contract labour who is working under contract agreement with any contract Agency
3. Draft of Appointment letter as per above point no 2.

The ECR file return was rejected due to the wrong filing in PF portal. but it shows PARALLEL EMPLOYMENT ECR ALREADY FILED. Now the PMRPY upfront value is zero. We suppose to get the PMRPY benefits around Rs.79032
Please help me is there any way to get the PMRPY benefits and reply as soon as possible to file the final return.
