Hi Seniors ,
I have 4 years of experience in HR . As a part of Job enrichment and in the quest of knowing the basics of Business finance , I was amongst few to get a chance to learn and work in finance . Now, I can happily say that I know much more about business financing etc. which will help me in my career going forward.
wanted to seek your guidance in deciding the ways via which I can shift to HR again. My first liking and my forever passion is HR only.
Can you guide me please.

Dear Ankita,
Professional and technical knowledge of other areas of the orgaization will certainly enhance the efficiency of a HR person. HR being a general function closely associated with people management only, acquisition of knowledge about other fields of activity would be of immense help to a HR person understand a given problem in all perspectives and suggest appropriate solutions. Really if you have got a predominant flair for HR despite its basic nature of being a staff function, you can consider a back-shift. But the organization should be of such a magnitude to offer you varieties of HR activities.
