My name is Jay, I had a employee, where her documents are fake and we came to know that after 11 days of her joining, so we did not issue the offer letter or any document from the company side. And we terminated. now she is asking for 11 days salary.. according to labor law do I need to pay salary ? Or not.
please help me on this..

you took output from her for the 11 days working, now you are denying the payment. Not correct. You should have done this checking before taking her on board. Pay and close the issue. Pon
