i hve just joined this forum and i am finding it extremely helpful for my projects and gaining more information on HR. I am a post graduate student of corporate communications and i hve to conduct research on the following topic.
changing trends in employee communication :case studies of corporate indiai would be extremely greatful if i could get to know from where can i get some genuine case studies? some advise as on how to pursue this research ? what kind of books to follow? my seniors advised that to begn with i need to differentiate between traditional and contemprary emp. communication.
please help ....

You could try to do a search at google with "employee communication" or "corporate communication" and see if it fetch you with desired results, most MNC's have structured communcations manager, you may want to approach some of these firms and talk to the managers as well. I am sure they will be able to assist you.
