My company (IT Services) was started and running business on trichy for past 8 years and recently in the month of April 2013 we have shifted our company completely from trichy to coimbatore.We have already requested during April 2013 the Trichy Zone ESI office to transfer our company to coimbatore zone.But till date it is pending.
For enrolling we have to ask the our employees to visit Trichy Zone office for getting registered.
Please guide me in this .

I will suggest you to contact Director, Sub Regional Office, ESI Corporation located at Coimbatore immediately with all the facts for allotment of another/fresh ESI Code Number of Coimbatore area or they may allow you to deposit the contribution on old Code number of Trichy area. SRO,ESIC, Trichy perhaps has no role to play since your factory has already been shifted to another SRO of ESIC.
After obtaining fresh Code Number or approval from SRO, Coimbatore as mentioned above, you can also contact your nearest appropriate Branch Office Manager of ESIC at Coimbatore for registration of your employees coverable under ESI Act and working at Coimbatore or transfer of their records from appropriate branch office of ESIC at Trichy as per their procedure.
