This is Amruta. I am doing a project on "Developing a grievance handling mechanism". i want to visit few companies that have trade unions so that i understand the grievance handling procedure they are following. Also pls guide me with the same. I need to go for a realistic project.

Thank you so much for sharing the info with me. Actually what i need to do is to design a mechanism to track the grievances from the people. There are workmen and staff both of equal no. around 150 each. workmen do not have computer access.
I have categorized the grievances into the following:
Monetary & Non-monetary
under monetary : payroll , compensation and benefits related
under non- monetary:1. people ---- (i) supervisor
(ii) work group
2.Welfare-----(i) items
(ii) events
3. Work ------(i) safety
