All Senior i am pravin face the some problem by Worker OT & Leave Record
what about overtime pay to worker. I have pay for wages Only Working day for company and P.f Deduction only W.Days. i am not Deduct P.f W/Off payment Or OT so i a have request to suggestion me what is the OT. Management not approve leave for worker More than working 1 Year.

Differnt orgnisation will have different policy on Leave & Ot, so go through your policy properly & ask for suggestions,
And your question is not clear.

Muze Apase Kahan hai ki OT Kaise Calculat Karte Hai. Wages Labour Ko Leave Pay Karsakate Hai Kya? Aur Kaise Usaka kuch Format Hai kya?

Dear Pravin,
To be frank ur question is not clear. But i will give u answer as per my perception. OT amount will pay double the gross of the employee by converting ino hours.
Eg: gross:10,000. Ot hours-20 hrs, month days=30 then
ot amount=2((10,000/30*8(total working hours per day))*20)
=2*840=1680/-
Pf should be clculated on the earned(basic+da) i.e. 12% from the employee.
