I am in a tight situation and thus require your help.
I carry 5 years experience into Soft Skills training and presently managing a Training Division of an MNC.
However, I now need to have some exposure on Voice & Accent Training as I am interested in working in BPOs in Bangalore.
There are lot of institutes which conduct open workshops but none for V&A.
So if you know anyone who is in to V&A in Delhi and can give me one on one session, please forward me their contact numbers.
or if you are aware of any institute in Delhi which gives certification in Voice & Accent for trainers, please let me know.

der r a lot of institutes and training centres that give training in voice bridge which ranges from 10 days to months......U cam easily find details of it in google....................

Thanks to both of you for replying to my querry. I tried Khyat's suggestion but noyt of much use .
I tried both the links as well. The second link seems to be of some call center and there isn't anything mentioned about V& A training on their website.
Can anyone of you please suggest something else?
