hi All,
plz help me guys!!!
My company started in march. Cl - 7, Sl - 7 and PL - 30...
Now i need to calculate the pl of each employee on prorata basis...i need to know the exect formula to calculate.

Step 1
30/12*9 = 22.5 days will be the actual Pl eligibility for the year
Step 2
22.5/The number of working days for the year*number of actual days worked by the employee for the year
This will be the general guideline.

Dear Sender
Since PL 30 days, you will have to calculate @2.5 days p.m. proportionately. On the basis, you can calculate the PL
If fraction is less than 1/2 day, then you may ignore. If fraction of leave is 1/2 and above, you may consider as 1 day.
