Dear all, Please advise that the ESIC was applicable to the location on 1 Jan 2023 at Kullu Himachal Pradesh. Before that, there was no ESIC facility at that particular location, so we had purchased a workers' compensation policy for our employees. But now we received a notification that we have to pay a contribution from 2019 as someone in our company registered it for ESIC, but ESIC was not applicable at that time.
