Currently, I hold the designation of HR Manager within my organization. However, the roles and responsibilities I am tasked with primarily resemble those of an executive level. To provide you with a clearer understanding, here is an outline of my current job role:

Recruitment: Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including Blue-collar & white-collar jobs
Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll activities and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Employee Engagement: Initiating and executing strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Skill Matrix & Training: Developing skill matrices and organizing training programs to enhance the capabilities of blue-collar employees.
Attrition Control: Implementing measures to reduce employee turnover rates and enhance retention.
Joining, Induction & Exit Formalities: Managing the onboarding process for new hires, conducting induction programs, and overseeing exit procedures.

Despite my dedication to self-learning, I find it increasingly challenging to develop new skills and keep up with the evolving demands of my role, primarily because I am managing everything alone.
