Kindly good hr policies and practices for small organisation upto 150 employees.
From India, Jaipur
HR policies and procedures are specific to each organisation. There is no standard book available. The policies for a manufacturing organisation will be different, an IT company it will be different. Am an HR Consultant and have provided Employee or HR handbook for several organisations. I need to talk to the HR team and also management and then create such a book. If interested, please revert. Best wishes

Provide support for employees dealing with personal or family issues.
HR Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with employment laws regarding wages, hours, and working conditions.
Maintain accurate records of employee information, including employment contracts, timesheets, and performance evaluations.
Seek legal guidance when necessary to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
