Hi, Fir filed on my family under 323,324,506 r/w 34 ipc in December 2020. Both parties filed fir on each other.
In my case, we are the first one to file Fir under 323,324 r/w 34ipc. Then the other party filed fir on us. Later we decided to withdraw but another party not accepting to withdraw their FIR. And I am a6 in the fir. The case is still in pending trial not sure when it will go to court. Will this effect my job(Pvt/gov) bgv?
