During a meeting, one of the employee asked others that why was I not called for the meeting. In response to which other employee replied aggressively and used foul language (called him Asshole) After that, both spewed out bitter words to one another.
Now both submitted grievance aganist each other. though we have interviewed the witnesses and we came to the conclusion that both the employees violated the code of conduct.
please suggest in this case could we conclude the matter without interviewing complainants' as we have their stance in writing about the incident.
