Our company is exporting food products to the SARC nations, i want to recruitment a team of sales people who can handle the Sales and distribution of these FMCG product and responsible for the Sales Targets. The Candidate should be the national of that particular country only.
My query is.
- How do i deal with the local labour laws.
- How do the remuneration gets paid off.


Dear Rishi,
How the sale of the finished goods (FG) of your company will take place? Will it from India? If yes, then as such labour laws of the respective state of India will be applicable.
If you wish to position salesperson at the respective country then first you need to open office in that country. Once you open the office, all the business laws, whether labour laws or otherwise will be applicable.
If you are going to store the FG in the warehouse of the respective country even then also you will to hire distribution agency in each country. Please check laws related to warehouse, transportation in the respective country.
