Hi All,
In our compnay we were not having UNION for almost 11 yrs, now some of the workers have formed Union. since i have never deal in this, please guide me how to go about it and what are the areas i have to take care.

Dear Raj
What is the strength of your company. If it is in more numbers then you can help them to get registered and keep the union in your control otherwise you can make one more union and get maximum employees to get the membership in the union which you have created and approve that union and get them registered in Labour Commissioner Office. Then Obviously the Trade Union will be in your control. Then you will not face any problem in your work.
Please go through the Trade Union Act as advised by White Eagle, which I have attached for your easy reference.
