Hi,
I had attended an interview for Knoah Solutions, Hyderabad on 28th of April, and they had given me the offer letter on 29th asking me to join the company on 30th April. On the Company's copy of the offer letter, i had signed saying i accept the offer.
I was not well from 25th of April, which is before the date of interview. I attended the interview while i was still unwell, and i had informed about my health issue to my Operations Manager. i started working for three days and i understood that i could not continue the work with the health situation. I asked the operations manager, whether i can continue the work after taking an off for a day or two so that i can start working with normal health. he denied to grant leave. but, ignoring his statement asking me to come down to the office, i did take a leave for one day, and i felt better. but, he had informed the HR department about my behavior and they warned me saying that they will terminate me if i take one more leave for the next three months!! i continued my work. i stay 32km away from the company. the operations manager had promised me that i would be provided transportation facility(pick and drop) from the very first day. but, no, it did not happen. he said that only after my training period of 2 weeks, i am entitled for the transportation facility, though the transport policy document they provided me said that i would get my pick and drop! and as the health issue i had mentioned is something similar to a dysentery/diarrhea, yesterday on my way to the office, i had to stop at two places for me to do 'it'.. i had phoned up my operations manager informing him that i would be late for office as i had to stop twice on my way. after some time i got a call from the HR department saying that i donbt have to come to the office, and i am terminated! then after few minutes i got a call from another HR and he threatened me that he will proceed with legal action and i will have to pay the company 50,000 INR(1111 USD) as he has got my signature on the offer letter copy they have.
now i will explain the real scene!
the HR team told me that i have to keep on attending the training without missing a single day no matter what my health is... no matter whether they keep up to their transport policy of providing me pick and drop... but, they stressed on a point "your salary will only be calculated from the day you sign a bond/contract of 50,000 for a period of 6 months".. but, i have not signed that bond yet. the bond paper they issued with their company name, logo, government seal and everything is still with me!
i am pretty sure that the reason they terminated me is not because i took a leave during the training period, but because i have not yet signed a bond! but, they are using the leave i took as a reason to terminate me.
my issue is that will i have to end up paying 50,000 to the company based on my signature on the offer letter?
they have not yet provided me the acceptance letter! they have not given my ID card! they did not provide the transportation which their transport policy promised! the answer i received from the HR when i asked them why is my employee profile not yet created was that until and unless i sign the bond and submit it, nothing will be done from the company.
what should i do?
will i end up in jail? coz, i am damn sure i cant afford to pay 50,000 to the company!
can i file a case on the company for not keeping up to the promises they gave? for threatening me to sign a bond? for not considering the employee's health?

well.. i mailed the HR quoting everything that happened.. and the Head of HR gave me a call asking me to come down to the office to have a discussion with me. i told him that i am gonna file a case against them. i do have a lot of points where they breached their own policies! they promised i get a cab service which dint happen. their policy says that unplanned leaves taken, when it crosses 5 times in a month, i would be terminated. in my case the leave was not unplanned though, let alone 5 times.
anyways, should i go there like he asked me to?
i have a bit of fear and suspiscion in why they want me to come over there.
