Dear all, Can anyone help me out regarding how to fill Leave Register-14?
From India, Dehra Dun
My dear Tarun in form-14 there are taotal 24 column.So u have to fill by the following.
Ist Column-Year
2nd-Month
3rd-Basic Wage
4th-Actual Working Days
5th-If any lay off.
6th-If ML is there
7th-Leave(CL/Sl/El,as they taken or ur policy)
8th-Total(Actual WD+Leave)
9th-Balance leave(The emp earned 2nd last year)
10th-Leave which emp earned last year
11th-Total(9th+10th column)
I hope it will be helpful for u.

But dear clearly define in Column number 3 will fill Net Basic or Net Gross Because many Person's have two point of view that
First is - (1)_ At the time of Leave encasement calculate at - Net BASIC.
(2)_In Leave with wages register fill - Net GROSS
Is this right or wrong Kindly Suggest....
