Hi Abi,
whether small company or big company,it depends on the work or the responsibilities u hold in the company..
But before moving to the new company, haven't u searched for the company profile??

Hi Veena,
Nice meeting you....
No, B'coz it was my situation to join this company.. I was been trying for the job for the past 1 1/2 Months.. but, as I'm not a graduate I did not got any offer. So it was my final situation to join this company. I was been handling HR Generalist profile in the past companies. But, I'm handling one recruitment here(Recruitment Consultant). So, what I want to know is whether this experience will affect my career??? Please give your suggestion.....

Hi abirami1. ur first job was in a BPO, that experience as it is doesn't count much.
2. ur second stint was with a recruitment firm, though with a gud branding, so that experience shall further offer u recruitment consultant jobs much more than corporate.
3. me not clear wht was ur last job at german mnc.
4. any experience before graduation, whether in big or small company does not add much value to ur cv except that u are better than those who were only studying.Based on above wht i can suggest that treat ur new job as start of your career. so big or small, dnt bother much.if u have decided to stick to recruitment, then specialize in this area with 1 or more verticals. otherwise it might be difficult to switch to corporate later. so decide ur tenure with this company depending upon the area of interest - recruitment or something else.
hope this of sm help.

But because whenever I went for the HR Profile they asked me for having the hardcore recruitment exp. Now Even I have got the experience in Recruitment. Now I have quite good knowledge of all HR Function. But that consultancy is not that good even they are not providing me offer latter from the date I have joined the company and not giving salaries on time. Now I am looking for a good opportunity with good organization. Can anyone guide me how I can get the job in good company.

Dear Kavi /Abi,
Big or small, low or high salary; experience counts. Keep trying and be on the lookout, you will succeed. You shouldn't think it should do magic. It may take a week or month or year to land a good job. Now the market is dull and so too for HR openings also. So sincerely do all attempts at your end and leave the rest to god and luck.
Somehow try to manage, enrich your domain knowledge and get trained from your senior without any frustration. If you really find it terrible to continue and feel that your mind is getting sick day by day, fine, say goodbye to the job and take a break.
Before doing anything have adequate financial reserve for the break period. Be prepared mentally.

Dear Seniors,
great suggtions..
I would appreciate if you can help me too..I am having 3.5 yrs of experience in recruitment; working with a small recruitment consultancy (15 employees)which does really good work in middle and senior level of recruitments. i have done one year diploma in HR from welingkars and joined this firm before the results; during the tenure i was also pursuing MBA HR (distance learning) now i have completed my MBA. I wish to look for opportunities in HR role preferably in generalist role (I dont wish to move away from recruitments).
but looking at the current scenario am worried whether it is a good time to change my job??
plz help...

Dear Mukta / Kavita,
I think, its better to ask for email-id if you want to send ur CV to someone instead of uploading the cv on CiteHR where everyone can access ur CV having ur personal details (like address, contact no. etc)
