Hi Swati, Spreading knowledge doesn.t mean that it will make you empty.you can share them.but keep certain limits in all. do u got my suggestion? Thanks, Pascal.S

Hello Swati,
By sharing your knowledge you will gain importance and not loose the position....
If you don't share your knowledge with your seniors how will you progress???
Keep certain limitations and do not give an overdose of any thing that will serve your purpose, i think.
Do ask for any further clarifications.
Regards,

Hey
Be careful with CA firms, the one word they understand better is cost reduction. If you teach them all then u r not needed.:-P:icon6:
That was a joke. Sharing knowledge always gives way to find new things to share. But make it interesting bcoz these are numbers people they get bored quite fast.

Dear Swati, You can share the knowledge that will help you work efficiently, since later on also you will need to do it. Swati

Dear Sanjay,
Never resign from your current job, if u don't have anything in writing as yet. Many organisations give an offer letter first, n follow that with an appt. letter, if one accepts the offer made. Just donot rely on word of mouth that u may have been told. Ask for offer letter at least and a specific date when u can join.

Dear Sanjay,
In Case if you do not have any written proof of your new employment than what is the sense of resigning over your present job. Either you can tell them to mail the offer letter and you can acknowledge it as some company's do e-mail offer letter to the new joinee's prior there joining date and once the new employee is on board is been provided with the hard copy of the same.

Hi Swati,
As you are working with a CA firm, all your seniors would be best in Accounts and not In HR.
You can give them some idea regarding the HR activities, as no need to give the deep knowledge.
Shearing knowledge is really good, but it should be right knowledge for the right person.
C this is what i think, you can take advise of the HR's who are having a good experience.

Hi Sanjay,
Resignation letter is just to confirm that there is no double employment when you join the new organization.
So if you really want to join the new organization then you can request them to provide you a soft copy of the offer letter.
C it should not be that ; you resign from the current organization without any document proof with you regarding your Joining in the new organization and you loose the both.
tell them to give some written proof, so on that bases you can resign from your current organization.

Dear Mr Ranjeet Thank you for your suggestion and company wants me to join without giving notice period as well,as i told them its not possible from my side. Regards Sanjay
