hi Neha I am Dharmesh here i am working as Manager Facilities tis both Term HR & admin is very vast HR deals with Employees only i.e salary, recruitment,p.f,esic,eployees welfare. Admin relates to day to day working of any organisation,policies implementation,vendors,Statutory implications etc. in short Admin needs to be very strong for any organisation to function smoothly. I got an idea, still have a doubt, How would u differentiate HR practices and Administration. Recruitment, Training and Development and policy formulation also comes under Genral HR activities....
If someone asks to give the adminstration job handled.....the sections mentioned y u are enough to explain?
I am also handling the same things in my company, but still had faced lot of issue in making the proper JD.
