Dear All
I\'m working as a HR Trainee (Pre-recruitment) in a engineering service based company for the past 2 months. I have completed MBA in HR & Marketing. I have a doubt in making my career. Doing certification courses is advisable or not? If yes means what kind of courses will be having lot of scope nowadays? Do these certification courses will add a value while looking for a job change or whether the Employers will be having a negative thought that after doing MBA Is there any need of doing this courses?
Please guide me..

Hi Priya
As already you are MBA graduate I don't think as its advisable to do any certification course. More over you are working its better to continue with the same organisation and learn things. Apart from that now a days getting job is too difficult.

Dear Ms. priya vbs,
To whet your knowledge you may like to do "n" no. of certification courses. If you're looking towards purticular corner in furnishing your proffession you may add-on a specific course like International marketing etc if interested in marketing. Employers will never ask you if you are pursuing an additionally for your well being. Good Luck!!
