Hi, i'm working as a HR assistant and i'm doing research on the forced ranking system to evaluate the possibility of implementation. Can anyone give me information on how you start working on it? i've just found information on what forced ranking is, why is it good or bad but nothing on how you implement it (bell curve appraisal is clue)!.
