Dear HR,
Can anyone suggest me which type of activities can I start for development of my HR growth,organization growth and employee growth. I have 38 nu. employee in my compny. I am getting bored and loosing moral. I am learning nothing here.
Plz suggest me and give me a solution

Hi
I would urge you to focus on attempting to develop systems related to HR so that the activities are stream lined. You can also work on developing a HR policy. If you think your growth will be restricted in the current employment, then work on improving your skill sets to make the right career move.
I would also suggest you catch up on some Inspirational and Motivational inputs to keep boredom away and at the same time it will help you be positive and motivated. You can look up the following Inspirational and Motivational blogs
