Can anyone help me with the format of salary breakup and payslip when we consider CTC of employee with the below components..
Basic
HRA
Medical allowances
Convenience allowances
Special allowances
LOP
Employer PF
Employee PF
ESI ( for salary <21000 employees)
Professional Tax

Dear Ramya,
In salary breakup/CTC LOP cannot be a component.
It can be part of pay slip because if the employee is not eligible for leave as per the company policy,he would be put in loss of pay.
In you salary structure make the components of Basic,HRA,Conveyance after discussing with your superiors/Accounts/CA, as some of the points like HRA,Conveyance, medical are to be calculated for availing IT benefits.
There are slabs for EPF,ESI,PT,please go through the enactments and implement.
In general basic can be 60% on gross, HRA can be 50% on basic, rest can be decided upon.
