What do you mean by "... I need a project on recruitment process"? If you are undergoing training in a bank, is the bank not allowing you to do a project?

actually my hr is not telling me anything she only said" as u complete ur project u show me , and u will get all the matter ,literature etc. from d bank's site and from the internet" , now u tell me what shld i do , i need help , so plz can anybody send me theformat on which i shld base it.

Rather than ask your HR what you should do, decide on what you want to do. Search CiteHr for what others have done and choose a topic that interests you. Do a literature survey. Read my posts on how Research methodology (where a ppt file is attached). Also refer to my posts that contain information about students' projects.
If you are still in doubt, please drop me a email to giving details of what you want to do, where you are studying, how much time you have got to complete the project, etc.
