Hi, I wanted to know what the criteria are for choosing the employee of the month. We have divisions like sales, attitude, attendance, referral, etc., but we want someone who performs well in all the departments, not just exceeds in one. So can someone suggest the calculation to know the right person who did fair to all the specific criteria?
