I would like to know the work culture of Shapoorji and Pallonji Group.
Whats their strong point, the week point, are the employee centric, do they reward employees well enough, what is the level of commitment for employee development, how are the policies, transperancy level across hierarchy and open door policy.

It is one of the leading construction companies in India. The policies & working conditions will be almost similar in all big construction companies.

Dear, i can understand your situation, it happen sometimes when we do not have any contacts for our reference. I was in SPCL for one and half year and i found that very good compny in construction industry, financialy sound and they have provided me enough oppertunities to grow up but it is depend on your hardwork, honesty and ability of commitements. Eventhough pls see the following my remarks on your quries as per my view which may help you.
Whats their strong point - No constrain to grow up
The week point - You have to work around the clock
Employee centric - Very high experience peoples are there and they may be good mentor for you.
Do they reward employees well enough - Yes they are very transperent in employees reward.
What is the level of commitment - It is parallel to your perfomance.
Employee development - They are having latest construction equipment and execution plan.
How are the policies, transperancy - Very good.
Level across hierarchy - Internationl level.
open door policy - Good
And finally it is very must that you should be match your skills accoring to your job requirements in compny.

it means that 1s u join the organization u will be promoted after achieving ur targets. there r many examles of it u can search it on google.
