I am working with Manufacturing company, we are planning to increase the salaries for our employees after 1 year hence can any one help me out with Bonus structure/ percentage as per government rule.

Recently govt has increased bonus payable to the employees as below
Bonus shall be paid @ 8.33% on the wages & it should be minimum of 7000/- or equal to Minimum wages which follows to your area which ever is higher. It is effective from April 2014 with retrospective date
