I\'m working in Dubai as Mechanical Engineer on a limited contract basis for 2 years. Now i completed 1 year and wish to change the company. Is there any ban problem if i resigned now?? Can i join the new company if i get NOC from the current employer? I\'m in deep confusion .. so please give me a solution asap

Hi Mithin,
In Limited contract under Ministry of Labor, it is bit hard to break the contract. You may be entitled to 1 year ban as well as your employer may claim 1-3 month salary as compensation for breaking the contract.
However, you may join a Freezone,Govt,Semi-govt companies after cancellation amicably with the employer.
