Hi could somebody share the formula of calculation of salary, when one takes leave for 10 days
My January salary was paid after multiplying with the number of months then that amount was divided by 365 days to arrive at the days' salary and that day's salary was multiplied by 10 and then deducted from the total salary.
salary =12000
12000*12=144000
144000divided by 365 =394.5
I was paid 8055(12000-3945)
Is this the correct calculation?
