Hi, I am working in a recruitment consultancy as a recruiter where 6-7 people are employed. I receive my salary in cash (by hand) and do not have a salary slip or PF account. I received an offer letter from the Director which discloses my joining date and salary package. If I were to join another company, would my current experience be considered or not? Please reply.

Wherever you work, your experience will count. There is no need to worry about any statutory deduction with your experience. You can show your appointment letter as evidence of employment. One thing you have to ensure is obtaining your relieving letter when leaving your current company. If possible, get a salary certificate from your current employer to justify your salary because most companies will seek a payslip before releasing the offer letter.

Please have your appointment letter, relieving letter, and salary certificate ready before joining a company. It will help you avoid unwanted queries.

Regards.
